Insurance Claims Management
Hail hit your neighborhood and you don’t know where to start?
Our restoration background has prepared us to help you navigate the intricacies of the insurance world while fighting hard to protect your resources.
Here’s what you need to know in 4 easy steps:
CLAIM PROCESS MADE EASY
Step 1: Request a Free Consultation
Are you concerned about hail damage or in need of a roof inspection? Look no further. At True Mountain Roofing, we offer complimentary consultations. Whether you’ve filed an insurance claim or are simply curious about your roof’s condition, our team will conduct a thorough inspection, providing you with detailed reports, including photos and videos. With years of experience in claims handling, we offer expert advice tailored to your situation. If you decide to file a claim after consulting with us, we’ll assist you throughout the process, ensuring that all storm-related damages are accurately documented.
Step 2: Ensuring a Fair Settlement
Understanding your insurance estimate can be daunting. That’s where we come in. Our knowledgeable team will guide you through every line item of your estimate, clarifying any uncertainties and ensuring that you’re fully informed. As licensed general contractors, we can handle all aspects of your claim, including the supplement process. Using industry-leading software, we’ll identify any missed items and work tirelessly to maximize your claim payout.
Step 3: Start Roofing
Once you choose True Mountain Roofing, we’ll assist you in selecting the perfect shingle color and materials for your home. With our expertise, we’ll get your materials ordered and schedule your project promptly. Best of all, we can handle any of the approved repairs, ensuring a hassle-free experience and all you’ll pay is your deductible.
Step 4: Handling the Funds
Navigating insurance funds can be complex, but we’re here to simplify the process. You’ll receive an initial check from your insurance company representing the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of your claim. As your advocate, we’ll ensure that you receive the full Replacement Cost Value (RCV) for your repairs, without forfeiting the depreciation funds that they hold onto until the work is complete. Any forms or documents requested from your mortgage company will be promptly processed on our end, and we’ll keep the repairs moving forward even while waiting on the funds to be released. Once the work is completed, we’ll inform your insurance company to release the depreciation. At that point, once you’re fully paid out, we can settle up, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution to your claim.
At True Mountain Roofing, we understand the challenges of the claims and repair process. That’s why we’re committed to providing peace of mind and exceptional service, not only during your current project but for all your future roofing needs!
